We are excited to announce we have 1 space in next years TCS London Marathon and would like to offer this opportunity to a very lucky person in our local community!

Enter our ballot for next years TCS London Marathon on Sunday 26th April 2026.

To be considered for a place in our London Marathon 2026 ballot, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Be in good physical health, with no known medical conditions that would make it unsafe for you to participate in the London Marathon.
2. Commit to following a training programme to ensure you are fully prepared and can complete the marathon safely, minimising risk of injury.
3. Pledge to raise a minimum of £2,500 in support of Mind in West Essex. Our Community Connectors team will be there to support with social media promotion and tailored fundraising ideas (to help you raise money).
4. Must live in the West Essex area

Your efforts will help us continue delivering vital mental health services across Harlow, Epping Forest, and Uttlesford.

When: Sunday 26th April 2026

Ballot fee: £20

Registration fee: £100 (for the successful ballot winner)

First fundraising target: £2,500

We have set the minimum fundraising target at £2,500 to make sure we’re able to cover the costs that we’ve paid for the place as well as put enough back into our vital services to continue to improve mental health across West Essex.

You have until 1 month after the event to raise the full amount. We know a lot of donations come in on the week of and after the event. Please make sure you’re confident you can raise the £2,500 before you apply and agree to take part in a running training programme or being a runner.

Overall fundraising target due date: 26th May 2026

Minimum age: 18 years old

This form will close on Thursday 31st July 2025 and we will be drawing the winner week commencing 4th August 2025.

The £20 ballot entry fee helps cover administrative costs and also supports Mind in West Essex in delivering vital mental health services to the local community. Your contribution enables us to continue providing essential mental health support to those in the community of west Essex.
