Fundraising is vital to helping us continue the work we do supporting our local community.
Not only does it help individuals through the money raised but it also brings together communities. The work that you do to raise money from our Talking Tea Parties to climbing Kilimanjaro help raise awareness and inspire other people.
It allows us an opportunity to have open and honest discussions about mental health and brings a sense of achievement for you, the fundraiser. Fundraising has be taken to a new level where you can forfeit your birthday on Facebook to raise money for Mind in West Essex, you can shop through apps such as easyFundraising whereby doing you shopping online automatically raises money without costing you.
There are so many ways that you can get involved, so don’t delay and fundraise today.
As part of a network each local Mind raises it’s own funds and donations made to national Mind do not filter down to us.
From the whole MiWE team!
