Joining an online group can be daunting, maybe even a little intimidating, but you will always have at least 1 trained facilitator present in each session.

Stress and Anxiety Groups

Stress/Anxiety Social Group

Tuesdays 10am-11.30am

These social support group sessions are weekly and run for about 1.5 hours. The groups have a maximum of 8 participants and are facilitated by trained volunteers with lived experience, providing peer support and encouragement in a safe, supportive environment.

Would you like to develop your creative writing skills within an inclusive, supportiv1e and encouraging environment? This group is for those who are interested in experimenting with various styles and genres of creative writing.

Each month we explore a different subject and writing technique with the added option of constructive critique. This is a friendly, non-judgemental space specifically created to boost your self-confidence and help you hone your writing.

Led by Sam Pearson who is a Poet/Performance Poet and experienced Creative Writing/Writing for Wellbeing facilitator. Spaces are limited.
