Managing Work and Life Stress
Modern life can be stressful; stress at work can affect your personal life, and home or family issues can affect your work.
When stresses build up it can feel overwhelming and simple tasks can become difficult to manage. Moods can be on a rollercoaster – feeling anxious, frustrated, irritable, angry, or depressed. Sleep and energy levels can suffer too, making most days difficult to manage.
However, there are some straightforward ways you can learn quickly to get on top of these stresses and get some peace, normality and that ‘zing’ for life back again.
This great four-hour course will help you to understand why you are stressed or finding life tough going, and help you to build a useful tool box of effective techniques to make the changes you want.
Minimum of 6 and maximum of 12 participants.
