West Essex – 24-hour Crisis Resolution Home Treatment team / Trust line

The team supports people (who have been referred) in the community who would otherwise be admitted into hospital. The community teams can visit clients between the hours of 9am-5pm. From 6pm-2.30am there is Trust line support over the telephone. It’s a free call number.
