We are passionate about mental health and aim to break the stigma that has been created by others around it. We have chosen Mind in West Essex for our NCS charity because we all feel the need to support those who may not have anyone to talk to, and we have all been affected by mental health either in ourselves or in our family. We believe that talking to someone who understands is extremely important in battling mental health, so Mind in West Essex is an important charity for those who struggle to afford private counselling.

Side by Side is a supportive online community where you can be yourself. We all know what it's like to struggle sometimes, but now there's a safe place to listen.
