This is not a workout, more a gentle jog, running at a comfortable talking pace allowing you to work through issues in a natural setting.
Free from the counselling room, running side by side in the fresh air you can enjoy all the benefits of counselling, nature and exercise.
Running Counselling helps reduce anxiety, depression and stress. Some issues that benefit from Move it therapy are – Relationships, trauma, anger, work/life problems or life changes
