Childline

You can contact ChildLine about anything - no problem is too big or too small. If you're feeling worried, scared, stressed or want to talk to someone perhaps about bullying, abuse or self-harming you can contact ChildLine.

You can ‘Ask Sam’: for quick personal advice or chat online to a counsellor.

B-eat - Eating disorders for under 18 years

B-eat provides helplines, online support and a network of UK-wide self-help groups to help adults and young people in the UK beat their eating disorders

Barnardos Young Carers

Young carers are children who help look after a member of the family who is sick, disabled or has mental health problems, or is misusing drugs or alcohol. Barnardo’s runs 15 projects across the UK which work to support young carers and their families.

Depression in Teenagers

Get Connected

Get Connected is the UK's free, confidential helpline service for young people under 25 who need help, but don't know where to turn.

MedsinAsylums

Andrew Voyce MA is a graphic artist and expert by experience. Narrative itself is a powerful therapeutic and cathartic tool, it is something that you may find helpful and an example of Andrew's work is shown below.

MindFull

MindFull provides support, information and advice about mental health to 11-17 year olds.

National Youth Advocacy Service (NYAS)

NYAS offer information, advice, advocacy and legal representation to children, young people and vulnerable adults through a network of dedicated paid workers and volunteers.

PAPYRUS - Prevention of young suicide

Papyrus is the national charity dedicated to the prevention of young suicide in the UK.

RD4U 

RD4U is a website designed for young people by young people. It is part of Cruse Bereavement Care's Youth Involvement Project and here to support you after the death of someone close.

Samaritans for under 18s

Anyone can call Samaritans, whatever their age or and whatever the problem.

And any contact you have stays completely private, no matter what your age. The Samaritans volunteer’s primary responsibility is to you, not your parents or guardian.
