Flexible for you

We understand that people need to access services at a time and a place that suits them. Because of this we provide services at a range of times including evenings and weekends, and in a number of venues across West Essex, including Saffron Walden, Great Dunmow, Harlow, Ongar, Epping, Loughton, Buckhurst Hill. We can offer sessions face to face, by telephone or via skype.

Sessions are usually held on a weekly basis although we can be flexible about this. There is no limit to the number of sessions you can have, this can be your choice. If you would like guidance on this, you are invited to discuss the matter with the assessment team at any point.

All of the counsellors we work with must belong to a Professional Association such as the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

We also understand that the quality of the relationship you have with your counsellor can be just as important to the successful outcome of your counselling as the style of counselling  being used. If you find that you do not hit it off with your counsellor you are welcome to talk to the assessment team and we can look into switching you to an alternative counsellor.

We undertake regular reviews to ensure that counselling remains beneficial for you. Many employers are very supportive of counselling and you may wish to approach your employer to see if they would be willing to help with the cost of your counselling.

This is a confidential service.
