Obsessive–Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a serious anxiety-related condition where a person experiences frequent intrusive and unwelcome obsessional thoughts, often followed by repetitive compulsions, impulses or urges. Sometimes people make jokes about OCD but it’s no laughing matter – here are some links to resources that can help you overcome OCD.
OCD-UK is unique in being an OCD charity that is completely service-user led, a charity for children and adults with OCD, run by sufferers, for sufferers.
OCD Action provide support and information to anybody affected by OCD, work to raise awareness of the disorder amongst the public and front-line healthcare workers, and strive to secure a better deal for people with OCD.

They did it!! A huge congratulations to the Saffron Walden Mums That Can Brunch ladies for braving the cold last night and completing their one mile sponsored walk in their highest heels! They raised an incredible £100! Well done!!
