Starting: Thursday March 22nd 4-6pm at Uttlesford Community Hub, Dunmow We are excited to be offering a free, six week course which will guide participants through various writing exercises, using a range of poetic techniques, exploring the therapeutic uses of creative writing.

‘Inside/Outside Art’ have come together with Mind in West Essex to present a pilot project designed to promote personal wellbeing through creative engagement and reflection. Starts on 18th January and will run for 6 weeks.
