This year we have been at Asda Harlow raising awareness and have put together a video to get local opinion, bust myths and look at how to help.
We have developed a half day Managing Work and Life Stress Course due to demand. Places are limited 6-12 people and must be booked in advance.
With suicide being the highest rate of death for men aged 24-44 we need to talk about it more. This year we will be at Asda, Harlow on 9th September raising awareness and much needed funds to run services locally.
