ACL will be running a variety of wellbeing, anxiety and self esteem courses starting next week.
‘Inside/Outside Art’ have come together with Mind in West Essex to present a pilot project designed to promote personal wellbeing through creative engagement and reflection. Starts on 18th January and will run for 6 weeks.

On Thursday 14th December, Santa will be visiting us at the Wellbeing Centre. You can meet Santa and will receive a gift for £5. All proceeds going to Mind in West Essex.
There will be a FREE Bereavement Group running in the Uttlesford Community Hub in Great Dunmow, starting Wednesday February 14th for 10 Fortnightly Sessions, 3pm-4.30pm.
This Sunday 26th November local Yoga expert Marcella will be hosting a fundraising yoga session at the Maltings, Great Dunmow. Tickets £10.83
