We have developed a half day Managing Work and Life Stress Course due to demand. Places are limited 6-12 people and must be booked in advance.
As work pressures go up so can our levels of stress, without knowing how to manage this it can encroach on our home life, and vica versa. Listening to the needs of businesses and individuals we have developed this bespoke course.
