From 9-14th July is Loneliness Week. BBC Radio 2 have a series of programmes highlighting the issue. But who gets lonely?
We often associate loneliness with the elderly and whilst there is a huge amount of older people affected, they aren't the only ones. Whether you're in a crowded city, single parent, stay at home parent, student, carer, bereaved or whatever loneliness can still touch us.

Why is there still a stigma attached to mental health? Why are we much better at talking about physical ailments? These are questions that I think about a great deal and when I read about the Time to Change campaign I knew I wanted to be part of it.
