Modern life can seem so stressful at times, work stress can affect home life and life stresses can affect work life.
When stresses build up life can feel overwhelming and simple tasks can become difficult, moods can be on a rollercoaster feeling anxious, frustrated, irritable, angry, depressed. Sleep and energy levels can suffer too making most days seem so hard.
However, there are some straightforward ways you can learn quickly to get on top of these stresses and get some peace, normality and that 'zing' for life back again.
This great four hour course will help you to understand why you are stressed or finding life tough going and help you to build a useful 'tool box' of effective techniques to make the changes you want.
Minimum of 6 and maximum of 12 participants.
