Three lovely lads Liam, Frank and Jon Paul are completed a gruelling 81 mile walk across the Essex Way to raise awareness of mental health and suicide.
Liam and his family know first hand how devastating losing a loved one to suicide is and plan to help raise awareness and vital funds for Mind in West Essex as they put themselves through the gruelling cross country challenge of walking the Essex Way.
Brothers Frank (32), Jon Paul (30) and Liam (34), with help of some close friends, are going to trek 81 miles across the Essex countryside starting on Friday 29th April in Harwich then passing towns and villages such as Manningtree, Coggeshall, Great Waltham and Chipping Ongar before finishing in their home town of Epping on Sunday 1st May.
Their objective is simple, they want to raise money but more importantly awareness of the effects mental illness and suicide have on a person and their loved ones, especially with suicide now being the number one cause of death in men aged 15-24. They hope their efforts can help at least one person reach out for help from their family or Mind in West Essex.
